MSP Help Desk – Connectwise/Datto
We are an IT Managed Cloud Services company, so we help our clients with everything related to IT. We need to bring on a L1 Support Technician in our Fullerton location to join our Client Services team.
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE MSP EXPERIENCE (or at least experience concurrently supporting multiple external clients.. so different locations under one domain won’t be applicable here.)
Salary of $40-55k for a Level 1 (consistently increasing client-load is making advancement opportunities relatively frequent).

You will be responsible for handling technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
