Necessary Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • High school diploma. Some college preferred
  • 2-3 years management experience required
  • Saturday availability required for all team members
  • Full-time Availability (30-40 hrs/wk): Monday-Saturday (work 5 days); Open or Close

  • Job Description:

  • Run the day to day operations of the business with an emphasis on Operational Excellence.
  • Work with other Leaders to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Know the restaurant vision (GROW) and how the vision relates to your daily role.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with labor laws and break policy.
  • Create team layout to allow for smooth and efficient shift running.
  • Reconcile shift to shift accounting, including management of safe and cash tills.
  • Complete daily quality and safety checks (i.e. eRQA, SAFE daily critical).
  • Maintain a culture of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Understand and implement compliance with Chick-fil-A opening, transition, and closing standards.
  • Effectively communicate changing policies and other directives from the Owner/Operator to the team.
  • Enforce rules and complete disciplinary action forms when rules are not followed.
  • Create a positive and fun work environment; eliminate drama and gossip.
