Estimator Residential & Commercial Company is seeking a professional residental and commercial repair, rehab and new construction estimator. The perfect candidate must have the following skills: Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience as an estimator
  • The ability to estimate all phases such as carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, paint, drywall, millwork, etc., must be able to put labor and material costs together for most items without the help of subcontractor bids.
  • Must be able to call out material list at time of estimation for work performed in house
  • Should have basic understanding of general California building codes in all commercial and residential phases
  • Should have strong skills with Window/Office products including email
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to work with city inspectors and customers.
