* Provides day to day benefits administration services.
Assist employees with any claim issues and questions
* Develops and schedules orientations and other benefit training
* PTO/SICK schedules
* Administer compensation and benefit plans
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Assist in employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
* Participate in employee related issues
* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
* Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
* Undertake tasks around performance management * Maintain employee files and records
* Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws
* Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complains or concerns are brought forth
* Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company and counsels managers on employment issues.
* Provides payroll processing backup support. Partners with payroll to maintain the payroll database and assist with budge monitoring
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations
* Input Quarterly Bonuses
* Process and administer terminations
